Shipping Time Frame

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during business days. Orders shipped in the U.S.A are typically delivered within 3-5 business days but can take up to 8 business days in rare cases. Canada and international orders can take up to 21 business days depending on the courier and customs clearance processes.

Do I need to pay custom fees?

International orders may be subject to charges/fees at customs. ONVOUS LLC is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office.
